Zola not working with collar tech?

I have 5/5 collar tech and just noticed that my Arnim Zola isn't receiving its benefit in matchups. I read his kit and it doesn't say anything about him being unaffected by collar tech. Is this a bug?

    Nevermind! Just learned about the visual bug for 5/5 collar tech
