Who to upgrade for act 6 overall

I just completed act 5 and thought about heading towards act 6 but got my a** beat the first fight and I really don't have the most optimal teams and I don't really have a lot of gold so i need some suggestion on who to wisely spend my gold on upgrading
Any help would be much appreciated

    I am in the same boat with my mini acct. I forgot the big difference between act 5 and 6 until I got there with the mini acct.

    Doom is a killer, awakened fury is a killer, Venom is just a beast, especially with the venom relic.

    I honestly forget what counters and such you need for act 6 cav push, it's been a longgggggg time for me.
