LF Several Members for new season

Project T.A.H.I.T.I are looking for several players for the new season.
We are in a state of rebuilding. In the last couple of months we have had players retire and this has caused a bit of a clean up within the ranks. We have removed inactive/freeloading accounts and are now in a state of rebuild. We are looking for at least 5-10 players, however obviously the bigger the group the harder it will be to accommodate.
What we can offer...
We are a long-standing alliance who have maintained Plat6 for several years. We have been running Map6 AQ and BG has not been a priority but is encouraged. There is no stress in the group.
We run AQ and AW with assigned lanes to minimalist disruption/stress etc. Raids is a priority. Inactivity in this mode is not tolerated.
What we ask for...
we are looking for similarly minded players to join. Those that can handle their lanes with efficiency and minimal deaths in war.
We do not expect to have to chase people in AQ so some maturity to handling their lanes in plenty of time is required.
LINE is required.
Given the number of players we are after we will be looking for at least two players who are considered 'boss killers' and if a group is interested we will be looking for Officers within this group.
What the future looks like...
With the redistribution of players between our BG's we've realised that Map7/8 is more than achievable. We are looking at having at least one BG move to this permanently.
In war we have obviously dropped from Plat6. Our aim is to get back to this level but we need the third group to achieve this.
BG is noted by officers as a requirement. We have run this alliance without this being mandatory since BG inception, however we are looking at making a push for this. Currently there is no minimum pts, however please note that this is subject to change imminently.
Raids remain mandatory 100% completion.
