9.2.4 Scourge path

In 9.2.4 the scourge path says that each time you punish the defender’s special attack it pauses scourge charge gain for 4 seconds. This does not happen and the defender continues to gain scourge charges.

    My iOS tablet doesn’t work properly it’s like it’s not me that controlling my carector sometimes I can’t block sometimes my heroes reaction is sometimes slow

    I didn't even notice as I didn't want it to pause because of how broken valk is on that lane. So my goal was to not pause it but going through some videos I found one vs mascre. I messed up and punished his sp1. Pause timer is running but he still gained scorge. While in my case that was helpful but really that needs fixed. I was too lazy to edit it to only be the scourge bit but after 1st sp1 from mascre you can see the chargs go up while I have pause timer running.
