Market Points Not Working ?

I recently bought something, and instead of getting 20 market points, I received 10. Is this a bug, or am I just confused about how it works? When the item is in the cart, it shows 10 market points twice.

    When a special event track is happening, it counts the points for both separately making it look like you get double points. It's still a point per dollar the same as it's always been. So for $10 you get 10 points in the discount shed event, and then 10 points in the market bonus event.
