Didn't Receive Giveaway Reward – Live Stream Winner (May 2, 2025)

Hi MCOC Team,

I’m reaching out regarding the official live stream held on May 2, 2025. During the stream on Twitch, my Twitch username – Vijay2307 – was announced on-screen as one of the winners in a giveaway for a 7-Star Champion Selector (Cyclops or Yelena Belova).

However, I haven’t received any in-game mail or reward yet.

Just to clarify and avoid any confusion:

My in-game username is Vijay1234

My Twitch username is Vijay2307

Both are mine, and I watched the stream by clicking the "Watch Live" button from the official in-game email notification, which redirected me to my Twitch account.


Since I haven’t heard back or seen any update in-game, I’m requesting confirmation on the reward distribution process and if any further action is required from my side.

    Just to follow up—I'd really appreciate it if someone could clarify the current status of the reward distribution. Specifically, I’d like to know:

    Have the rewards already been sent out?

    If yes, when and where were they sent (e.g., in-game mail)?

    If not yet sent, when can we expect them and what is the process to claim them?

    Also, is there a deadline by which we must claim the reward?

    Because I reached out to other players in rich the man yt channel and my alliance members, they said I would've recieved by now via email or in game mail. But i didn't receive any yet. That's the confusion.

    Yea the champions aren’t even in game yet, depending who you choose they may have you wait for the pre release bundles

    @VijayMohan I won one of those livestream drawings previously (Ironheart) and it took over a week. Just gotta be patient and watch your Twitch DMs. Definitely won't be before the update... They can't add a character to your account before it's in the game.
