2 looking for more relaxed alliance

Unfortunately, we need to look for a more relaxed alliance. But looking for something in particular. We would join after AQ rewards are out this coming Monday (May 19th I believe), so we don't leave our current alliance hanging.
We are looking for a 666 or 665 and will do map 6 if all 10 join daily and move. Map 6 sucks for outside lanes if only a few join. 1 or 2 AQ Raid groups is fine. 1 of us will even try the higher raids if asked, but other prefers normal or none.
No BG requirements. AW dedicated lanes and no items require. 3 full BGs. Maybe Gold2 or 3 where the only expectation is 100% exploration.
HOWEVER, if someone dies 50 times on whatever the cheese champ of the month is on these new BS nodes, we don't care if someone dies 50 times trying and we don't want a single compliant either if we do. Just get them down. 100% AW, 3BGs.
Occasional phone or work issues in AQ not 100% is ok, just not that it is the same people every day or they only move once. 90% of time should be AQ 100% in all 3 BGs.
Don't expect a ton of chatting from us, but must use line or discord though. Sorry for lengthy post, but looking for the right fit. Exploration required versus skill.
