I think I mightve been hacked

I was doing Necro last night and fell asleep. Hadn't played BGs in a couple of days (if i remember correctly) but when I woke up, my BG daily objectives were completed. I mightve forgotten to claim them but just in case I wanted to change my password. I tried but I am not receiving the reset code. I tried through summoner's market, the game on my phone. Nothing works. I submitted a ticket but also just wanted to see if anyone could help me here.

Are you making a preamble to a Necro ban post?
@Vendemiaire I was exploring Necro and got stuck at America Chavez, so I went to bed. And then when I woke up, EVERYTHING on my account was the same. Like nothing changed, but my BG objectives were completed. Maybe I forgot to claim them, but I wanted to change my password just in case.
A point to note is that my BG points remained the same. I am still in Uru 4 with the exact same points
