Can't find champ in valiant node selection

I was on the final choice node for the boss of chapter one (the choice node where you can pick any champ), Okoye wasn't showing up. I obviously hadn't used her prior since you can only use mutants. I had the same issue during the last saga incurisons where she and others would disappear. It's filtered by skill class just to make sure I wasn't missing something.
