Hi! My account was suspended for 7days and it was indicated that I used a third party app? I did not install any app pertaining to MCOC. That is why I am wondering why did they suspend my account. Can someone help me with this?

    Kabam doesn't care about that. If that did than it's final. Kabams thought all FTP players are cheater.

    You have suspended my account for 7 days. I have never used cheats or third-party applications. I have only downloaded the game from the official store. My account is over 10 years old and I cherish it very much, it is my childhood memory. Could this have happened by mistake?

    Я играю в эту игру 10 лет удалял игру 1 год назад тут зашёл быстро прокочался и сразу же бан чё за фигня разрабы я что не имею права быстро прокачиваться? Я специально взял неделю выходной

    Thats the default, it seems that in the china region the download location isn’t google store which is causing all these new accounts to be banned.

    Hello, I've been banned for ever.
    I've been playing this game for 10 years, I deleted the game 1 year ago, I logged in quickly and immediately got banned. What the hell am I developing that I don't have the right to upgrade quickly? I took a week off on purpose.

    I'm the owner of 4 accounts and today when I tried logging in I realized that 2 of them are banned for 7 days, citing that I've used a 3rd party app. Please fix this issue please kabam, paragon and tb accounts at stake here.

    Cancel all your bans. Someone comes in from a computer, someone comes in from another phone, since phones don't last forever, they have to be changed periodically

    And then there are people who use VPNs because they love your game, and you write them off as lepers for it. You're against racism, you just can't stop people who are in the CIS from playing your game with a VPN.

    Me to I got Bann for no reason... just I play last night dayly event ...only that..end now morning when I want to enter to account: ban why? I usee app to goog6play on my phone..end to PC direct on kabam version pc

    Меня забанили не за что, вчера играл арену на компе, буквально сейчас хотел зайти, а учётная запись заблокирована, написано что заблокировано за использование сторонних программ
    О каких сторонних программ идёт речь Я понятия не имею, разберитесь с этим и сделайте что-нибудь уже
    Вот нормально читеров забанить не можете так ещё нормальных трогаете

    Привет, меня забанили навсегда и написано за использование сторонних программ, но никаких программ я не использовал, вчера играл последний раз на компьютере в арену
    Хотел сейчас зайти но написано не удалось войти в вашу учётную запись заблокирована за использование сторонних программ
    Разберитесь с этим пожалуйста

    Same happened to one of my secondary accounts that's throne breaker! 100% error by kabam, I'm not happy, I spend a lot on this game.

    Guys everything was going great till today morning my account got suspendedfor 7 days don't even know why!
    They say I used a third party app but I dont have any app and neither installed recently regarding mcoc
    This should be fixed we don't deserve to suspended for no reason
