I would say it’s less overshadowing and more accepting of the premise there is about a 0% chance of them returning to this… so if infinite sales are the new norm, then it should result in “x” arguments are more prevalent. It might be just as pointless as arguing for a return to the old setup but it is what it is.

Note the Free 7* Thing comes in the Solo Event. This means it could be a milestone, it could be a rank reward. We don't know. We also don't know what will be need to obtain it. With the right roster it may be "no big thing", but then again it could be something Fantastically challenging . Yes I know these are not Dorky Dave level puns, but enjoyed including them.

I'm willing to wait and see. I appreciate all the comments in this thread because we should not be shy from making critiques. It is good for the game, it is good for the community and good for the developers as well.

The monetary ask of this game keeps getting more aggressive while the basic functionality of the game is getting worse. Each month feels worse than the one before it, but we are getting pummeled with paid events on a regular basis. How you can anyone act surprised that people are acting negatively to this is simply astounding to me. We are being asked to pay more for a broken and worse product. It feels exploitative.

This game will sunset before the AI ever gets fixed. I’m confident of that. It feels like they are going to squeeze every last dollar out of their dedicated players because they realize that they can do that. And if people get grumpy, toss them a Titan nexus and they will quiet up for a while and open their wallets again.

Your last sentence is the reality of this game. Watching people lose their minds over the word "compensation" , I sometimes wonder if I enjoy this game a lot more than most complaining here even though I'm set to quit in a week or two. That's also why you don't see anyone criticising the sudden overabundance of tier 7 basic fragments, most people don't care about game balance or health anyway. They'd criticise the thief just because they didn't do it first, nothing to do with moral values whatsoever.

Bunch of hypocrites on both sides, kills the slightest hope I have remaining. Literal slaves some people are, would rather set an alarm for the next double crystal than question why nothing ever goes better with this game despite them flooding the forums with complaints all day long. Clearly I'm not speaking for everyone here but some of you still don't get it. Not gonna call anyone out, just a bit of self-reflection would make it fairly obvious for them to realise.

I've said it a billion times at this point, Kabam won't take necessary action unless community is clear about what they want and act accordingly. Not much to expect if you're so easily accepting of what they're trying to normalize like $600 sales and years of 0 improvement on AI issues.

If you accept mediocrity, things will never improve and they honestly don't have to.

If the objective is to get everything they're offering, then it's going to be daunting no matter what unless someone has unlimited resources. That's entirely an elective endeavor. I'd go nuts too if I approached it like that. I buy what I want, and leave the rest.

What's actually crazy is that for the cost of a silly PS5, you can buy a young man in Uganda a motorcycle taxi which he can then use to earn a living and pull himself out of poverty and starvation and also improve the wellbeing of his community.

All of that for the cost of a silly PS5 or a silly new MCOC champ.

No one said it wasn't elective, but if you want to remain competitive you need to grind those units. If the deals still cost 40k units a year like before instead of 160k+ now, I'd still be playing in a competitive alliance.

How do you imagine they can pay everyone?

If they have a magical way to sell things in game, its because of their work behind.

If not, everyone here may not be playing Mcoc everyday and talking in the Forums.

We can see how this can be frustrating and sad to a Summoner if they're out from Mcoc, only remember the ones that are banned and run to the forums to pledge for mercy. And they are first time on forums, never been jailed ⛓️

Back to the Money cry, instead of open threads against Kabam, think about what we know for years. Every content here is produced by a Kabam team. And we need to be thankfull to them as we enjoy and have fun with the game everyday.

Thing 7 stars will be one of major sale success of Kabam. Who dont love him as defender on BG when the rival dont have skill champs 😈?
