If it's in emergency maintenance then the team is already aware. The game has to be put manually into emergency maintenance. My guess is something was working to the benefit of players and they tried to cut it off, because everything was running fine until they took it down.

They must fixing some major bug...I was doing EQ as my 4 energy refills gonna expire in 6hrs...now I can't do it and it is night and I will have to sleep and lose those energy refills...

Kabam already reduced energy refills by launching alliance super event...what the hell I want compensation…

I'm so tired of these maintenance that I don't even wanna complain about it I just want my rebirth crystal in whatever compensation ur planning, if you are, 8 hrs were remaining means 2 crystals.

I don't think you will have enough time anyway. I believe it is ending at 7pm PST. So, even if you claim now, you still won't have full 7 hours.

it’s in the discord. Players were getting unintended catalysts from the EQ…of course…something positive to the player base gets immediate attention. They’re doing a clawback for the unintended rewards - game will be up after that. With the millions that play the game…no telling how long it’ll take
