Over 3 hours without any update is crazy. It's not like the community team is helping with the fix. Different teams for different things, but when things go wrong the communication just disappears. Why?

I think I’m just done with the game. Been playing since July 2015. FTP for like 4 years and spent since, not whale level but some serious coin since Dec 2019 but this game is just too much anymore. I played it to release stress from work/life stuff but now it just reminds me of a Toxic work environment.

I was in middle of fight and trying to get back on but still in maintenance!

Surprised the bug wasn't picked up during unit/system/user testing cycles.

why not just disable EQ. Bring fame back up. Fix EQ do clawbacks. Then enable EQ.

TThe most disturbing thing is the complete lack of communication from the team. There is something very wrong with Kabam recently.

Estava fazendo arena e parei na sequência 391 por causa do jogo que entrou em manutenção sem avisar os jogadores e isso tem que melhorar porque no futuro pode ocasionar problemas para quem faz arena espero que a recompensa possa ser agradável para todos os players e também no começo do mês de agosto houve muito transtorno o servidor da kabam caindo toda hora e até agora nada de recompensa que prometeram.

They may be clueless about how to fix the game, but communicating with their customers does not require any special knowledge or skilll. Just tell us what you can and update regularly to at least create the illusion that you care.

It was absolutely planned. Last night and this morning my entire alliance was planning on line what we were going to do while the game was down and how long the emergency maintenance would last once the new content went live.
