Where is the cure?

How do you either take or destroy the cure thing to earn points or switch sides?

Claim that and it will ask which side you want to choose and then solo objectives will pop up. Basically its just finish 5 fights in any game mode.

There was no option to claim anything for me, but I was also already infected. Kinda annoying to see the cure event taking off and the hunger one lagging and having had no option to choose.

Same here. Infected and didnt receive the choice to switch. Not really a cure if its only given out the the already healthy, if that was the intended method

I had no option to claim anything nor a pop up either…. and I don't think I'm infected… i don't know how I would tell that anyway

can you check if you have tummy troubles solo objectives! You should have that if you were already infected.

No in-game mail for me, no option to select anything, and I was never given 'the hunger' throughout the past two weeks when people started posting those images confused. But it does show I've completed the "Tummy Troubles" special daily.

Absolutely no idea how to do this, as I have no tough messes solo objectives. the community's already on milestone 5 of 6 and I've got zero points with no idea how to get any.

once you receive the cure it should reset and allow you to do the "cure" special objective but it does not.

Did not receive that mail and both hunger and cure events are in my event tab. But no way to do them.

Yes, and already completed. But there was still no option to choose. This whole event is messed up, and it's disappointing to not be surprised in the slightest about that.

And I seem to recall them saying on the livestream that no matter what had happened to you prior to the event, that you still had an option to CHOOSE which side you wanted to be on.

No choice given for me, wasn't even infected before, and no new objectives to gain any points on the event.

Folks, take a breath. I think I figured out how this works.

People who are on the "cure" side get one dose of "cure" per day, that they can distribute to the people on the "sick" side.

If you're infected, all you have to do is find a friend who has some cure, and ask them for a dose. You will then get the choice they mentioned in the run-up to the event, to either take the cure or destroy it.

The realm event exclusively has peak rewards, so it only matters where you end up at the end of the event. In other words, it doesn't really matter if you're cured today or next week or the week after that. If you take the cure, you end up on the cure side for the rewards.
