Grinding cut-off

i think kabam need to be fair about the cut off. some has been playing rarely almost 1 year; how can they compete with the regular player that has been playing almost 1 year?

as i knw, beginner;day 1-30 starting when you downloaded the game.
31-60 is intermediate. and after 61 days...

    It would be more fair and efficient to have a cut-off and the first to reach the cut off would get the hero. The counter argument would be that people would spend less units pushing for 3 days, but it would be less of a time suck for players, and it would encourage more players to play and spend units as they would have a chance. Anyone could play with top 3 champs and push to the cap quickly with units
