Why am I paying twice on exchange rates?

I’m in Canada and get charged an exchange price ingame (different to the US) price, then this price is exchanged again by Apple....?

Why is this happening?

How do I get this fixed?

I love how a statement of "move to America" can be flagged as abuse. Come on. America isn't *that* bad

Yeah that's another reason I do in-app purchases from Android and not Apple for this game. Apple charges you sales tax, Android does not.
