Rocket Workshop missing item

So I have run the rocket's workshop spending 30000 scraps on a carbonadium core and 7,500 on a stony core. When I went to my inventory the carb core was missing. Then I contacted Kabam support and I got a reply stating that they acknowledge the bug but they need to investigate further. It has been 9 days!!! No replies, no compensation, nothing! How can you maintain customer satisfaction if you can't even give me 1 carbonadium core(that I am missing due to your own bug) in 9 days! Can't you see this is hurting my progression each day you are not amending this situation? I sent 2 more e-mails asking if there is any updates and got no replies at all! What kind of a support is this?
