Sorry im new to the game, does 7 star bastion desperately need dupe and high sig or he is okay unduped or if he needs dupe does he need high sig or not?

Yes...

But mine now R3 at almost 180 sigs destroy everything

Awakening expands his DoT AAR to nodes, the most relevant use case by far being Hazard Shift nodes, but if you don’t care about that he does fine unduped. Besides that, it’s mostly just a boost to his Furies, which he can live without.
