Those tokens aren't from the Sigil, they are from solo raids and content. The sigil gets you this once per week:

I'm showing my xp, I may have missed around 10 tokens worth(maybe), vs having sigil. I know what xp and tokens are.

Level 67 is at 1B points. The sigil xp is the only difference maker. There have been some offers with refined xp in them iirc.

Sigil makes a difference for sure. I’ve only recently (and grudgingly) been subscribing. Not subscribing is why I’m 50M short of L67.

What if lab Ultron is one of the ascension picks because technically every one can get him so he would be great to get a buff in that sense when actually every people who play game have a guaranteed champ who is buffed and ready to ascension

…do the XP masteries (Pittance, Intelligence) have any effect on Refined XP?

I’m thinking no, and that they are generally a waste of points, but I don’t know for certain. Curious if anyone has tried.
