Should loading screen time affect legend run time?

Some people doing legend runs can't afford to have the latest and greatest device that have the game running at the fastest speeds and are subjected to longer loading screens. Should this longer loading times affect people running for legend titles? Or should legend runs only time the fights and time spent on the map?

    In an ideal world of course you don't want to include load times. I just don't think kabam has any way of doing that right now.

    If they did they would have probably already done it.
