Can't switch between accounts

I have multiple account I play on the same device I use to be able to log out and then log into another account by clicking the email I want to log in with it no longer allows me to do this is this a glitch or is MCOC making us use a seperate device for each account because I have money invested in all these accounts and im not buying a seperate device for each

I was just having that same issue as I made and use 3 fairly decent sized accounts and just found the log in with Google button missing which is what I always used to switch back and forth. I did figure out a way around that though. Instead of the Google button, click the log in with Kabam button and enter your credentials there. I'm guessing you have to have linked your accounts (google to kabam) for this to work though. Good luck!

I haven’t heard an official response from Kabam but I’m guessing Kabam is clamping down on mercenaries, one merc used 1 device to login 103 accounts according to Kabam

There's a troublesome way to login to another mcoc account

Log out of your Google account for Google Play games profile

Login in to another Google account and login to another mcoc account and link that mcoc account to the new Google account

Den in future you have to switch Google account to login different mcoc account

There is no logout button for iOS mcoc so I guess may require uninstalling mcoc to logout of mcoc account

Yes, that's not funny at all. My daughter's account is on the same device, and it's no longer possible to switch between them. This means she can't complete the daily missions, which is incredibly frustrating. I also noticed that before the update, you could see how many shards or fragments you had when you tapped on a crystal, for example. That feature is gone too. It's such a shame when useful features are simply removed. :o(

Hello. This was not intentional, I've been told by our engineers this is as a result of some changes on the Google side. We are working to find a solution.

MIssed the last 2 days of that 7 day calendar on the ftp account, because of this issue.

Ya, I mean i could've logged in that night before, but didn't under the impression things would've have been working fine in the morning and would not have had any issues, which I believe is a fair assumption to have made.

How will affected players be compensated? Especially since it prevented them from claiming the last day of the Deadlift Calendar which had Deadlift currency and a 7* awakening gem or shards. Is there a plan?
