War Monger Unstoppable buff

I’ve looked over his descriptions and I don’t see any true indication of how he gets his unstoppable charge.

What I have noticed is he usually always gets it when I dash at him around 2+ frame area.

What “exactly” triggers his unstoppable or how does he even “get it”?

    When he uses l1 he gets 2 charges that make him become unstoppable when some1 hits his block

    It stay in his sp1. So not a bug.

    “Shrug off” = unstoppable
    Unfortunately bad wording. I had the same freak out lmao. But don’t hit his block after he uses sp1 and you won’t eat a 5 hit combo.
