Not getting rewards

in Bugs and Known Issues
I did not receive rewards after completing trial of kings quest...this is the second time this is happening.... Please do necessary steps to solve this issue

    I would check my exact number of shards I have before doing next trial, if this happen again, to see if it's maybe only visual bug. Else thats pretty horrible bug and should be adressed and compensated asap

    Sadly, it is not only visual. At least in my case.

    Well it happened to me once. I completed the hard mode and it was just showing that ISO crystal. But I waited for few seconds before clicking on Back to Quest or Open crystal button and I got the rewards.

    So if you see this again just wait for few seconds and you will get your rewards.
