I hope Kabaam reads this:
Your current arena system for all the new beginners are lame AF!
1. When a beginner wants to start grinding for a 3 star or 4 star champ, they are always short of Champs in their roster. Why not let them buy some more 3 star champs with units instead of the lame crappy PHC that always RNG 2 stars that can't be used in most arena?
2. Why allow such a short time for beginner brackets when you know very well that we don't have the roster to complete a higher number of points unless we are into the game at least 2+ months later? Seems lame and false hope for all the beginners who wants to grind for a better champ just so he/she can compete more fairly in quests and perhaps higher tier arenas?
3. Since beginners don't have many champs to begin with, why not make the cool off timer shorter for beginners?
Beginners are the bread and butter to this game since from a business standpoint, you will always need new people to continue to purchase and play in order to make this game profitable and successful. The number one reason they drop this game within a short period of time is due to the unfairness of the game, while all the veterens have their Uber shares of 5 stars and high level champs. They can complete almost any quests and place anywhere in Alliance wars while the newbies can only do a few basic quests and then put down the game because they are out of energies or the few champs they do have are on a long "cooldown" period. This will become boring for all the beginner when they knowingly can't find anything else to do in game.
Suggestions:
1. Come out with 3 star crystals so they can buy more champs for the first 30 days of gameplay.
2. Allow a longer period of Beginner Bracket so they have a better chance to get better champs from arena grinding
3. Change the cooldown timer for beginner brackets to 1 hour so they can at least have more time grinding in arena
4. Change the match generator for a more balance fight instead of deathmatches for beginners.
There's hope, or maybe just my wishful thinking..

I'm guessing you're one of those long time veterans with 60+ 3* and 40+ 4*, and complaining of the high points. At least you have 4*s. How many 4*s do you think new beginners have? "Zero!".
