Disappointed because of you kabam

I always login into mcoc everyday and I get the free calender Reward but on February 8 I tried to log into the game but there was some problem that dident let log into so in February 9 I tried again in the game has logged in just to be disappointed

look like I won't get the romance crystal just because of a problem in your game anyway I hope you do Someting about it thank

    Was this a 1 player issue or was there a problem with the servers that many players couldn’t log in?

    Why would you only try once in a full day?

    It wasn't down anyway, so you basically just didn't log in

    Just imagine if we had 24 hours of server problems... these forums would probably be filled with posts and Kabam’s HQ would be set on fire.

    Submit a support ticket. But they are going to tell you they cant do anything if you dont have definitive proof of not being able to login

    yes it say no Internet connection but my Internet works fine
