I almost want to stop playing the game because I spent money and got 6 crystals and only got 2 star heroes.

    What about the crystals that you opened made you think you'd get the champs you wanted? If you are going to be opening crystals, understand going into it, that it's a complete gamble. ALL RNG. PHC's have a very low drop rate for 3 and 4* champs. Search youtube and the forums. Plenty of answers about what and when to buy crystals.

    Well I understand that but when u spend so much money they should at least give you 1 3 star guarantee at least make the customer happy

    I just pulled a 4* Phoenix from a premium shard crystal. So it is very possible.
