Who has the weakest SP3 and who has the hardest hitting? not a poll because the applies for all the champs and variety of opinions. For me one of the weakest has to be Mordo does very little damage.... Strongest Hyperion!! for fun what you guys think?

    Mordo special3 is utility, it grant's him great buffs at the cost of low damage.
    Sentry has the weakest sp3 in game because it has both no damage or any utility, so it's just like rest of his skillset

    Thor special 3 with 2 x armour break!!! Even if your opponent survives that, easy kill while they are stunned!
    With the right masteries, you can chain stun from sp3 to a sp1, so sweet!!
    I hate all specials that takes 3 hours of animation (Ultron, Raccoon,...etc) I fall asleep midway!
