Should I level up black widow’s signature or Thor’s? I have generic stones. Both are 4/40. BW is at lvl 16 and Thor is at 20 for signature levels. I think black widow, but let me know.

    Both of those champs were affected by the nerf on some level ..
    Depends on what do you need ...

    Do you have any other ability reducer? If not than go with BW
    Do you have any other hard hitting champ? Do you need a hard hitting champ? Go with Thor

    Both of those champs need high sig levels. Sort of depends on what you need. Having at least one ability reduction champ is sort of need especially if you still need to do road to the labyrinth. If you have Crossbones focus on him more than BW. You will use Thor more in the long run but sometimes you have to focus on a champ because of immediate need. Be definitely needs high sig to be effective after 12.0. Good luck.
