AQ 5x5 + AW focus Group looking for active memebers, 4500+ prestige.

Hello everyone, I have recently taken over leadership of an alliance with a nice treasury and 1500 rating war. After a vote the majority of our members have decided we want to focus more on Full clear of AQ 5x5 and buckle down in AW. Unfortunately this means we will be losing some members who cannot handle the next gear due to roster and or schedule requirements.
If you are interested please let me know.
Map 5 experience is a must, preferably have at least 1 r4 5* (exceptional r5 4*/ r3 5* rosters will be considered), and a roster that can support AQ and war at the same time.
Our end game goal will be to comfortably clear 5x5 weekly and start to throw an occasional 6,5,5,5,5 in to get everyone some experience at a higher level and give our stronger members a challenge.
