So I'm thinking about going for the legend title within the next month or two.
But I'm unsure about what time the new monthly event quest starts. I'm in Perth, Western Australia - can anyone tell me what time here the new quests starts/ opens?

Also, I'm on the Samsung S7.... I've heard that it's pointless trying for the title on a Samsung as load times (between fights) are too long... is it worth trying and using my resources or not?
