We do one alliance-wide war per week and then constant smaller Wars for whoever wants in, as many as we can fit in. Currently Tier 12, War rating 967.
We run 3 Quests, Map 2 with 3 Battlegroups. We hit high milestones with lots of Glory and Map 3 crystals every week. Most weeks we're at Advanced level, so we usually get some Tier 4 Cat shards too.
Alliance Rewards are good, but no required grinding. Just contribute to SA rewards and the rest is optional. No donations needed.
Average member rating right now is 59,000
We're alternating between "Save Week" and "Spend Week" to hit the Summoner Advancement rewards, so be willing to save your Cats and Crystals. It's been paying off pretty well... Last cycle we hit the 41-70% Tier.
Officers use Line, but so far alliance chat and mail seems sufficient for communication for the rest of the team. Have a slot in your friends list for me so I can fill you in on strategy.
Looking for people with at least enough four-star champs to fight a War.
