5 star feature and subfeature drop rate

I'd like an answer as to why we can't be informed as to the drop rate. I've opened 13 featured and gotten 0 so far. I opened 2 today and got 2 basic heroes. I have 64k in shards left after finishing LOL and I'm ready to quit. Most of the heroes simply aren't useful. Many like SheHulk shouldn't even be in there. It takes forever to get a 5 star and opening her up is disgusting. She is quite simply useless.
Quite honestly given how long it takes to acquire shards pulling a featured should have happened at least once by now if the odds were reasonable.
Simple:
1. What are the odds of pulling a featured?
2. What are the odds of subfeatured?
3. If you don't want to tell us explain they logic behind it.
When you look at the 5 star heroes you can get here are some that no one really wants:
Iron Patriot...just terrible.
You have SIM and Ironman...they are basically the same why put in both?
Hulkbuster...zero fun to use
Ironfist...diminishing returns has made him a bad hero to use/have
90s clops and regular clops....pick one or the other not both
MoonKnight...he's not bad, but no one is gonna r4 him and it depends on the moon if you wanna use him.
In July we get:
Spidey-Gwen
In August we get:
Karama Khan and SheHulk...what a treat!
Instead of adding more heroes how about making some of the ones we have actually useful? I pulled a Storm dupe and 90s clops today going for AA...well, there is no way either them goes to r4. No way I waste an awakening stone on 90s clops.
At this point if I don't pull a featured given how long it takes to get 5 stars to open it's time to quit. I've seen it happen over and over again. The odds are obviously too long but I'd like to know just how bad they are. The subfeatured addition did nothing by the way. No one in our alliance has pulled one yet.

I went for Yondu, Opened 4 crystals, first 2 were basic heros, got him on the 3rd and duped on the 4th.
Quite a few in my ally pulled AA today with just the one crystal. It does happen. I would recommend to keep trying if he is really the champ you want.
Good luck dude
By count down I mean have a guaranteed 4* champion every 100 crystals opened or something. If you get lucky before then great, it resets. If not then you just have to wait a while longer. But at least you know it's coming.
Crystal shards don't cut it.
Well...I've opened 13 total so far lifetime...0 featured. I opened 2 for AA today and got 2 basic heroes. This is after they "opened it up" for subfeatured. Given how long it takes to build up shards making a drop rate as low as it is is brutal. I'd like to know the drop rate. Based on what I'm seeing it is god awful. It has to be less than a 2% chance. For me if I spend the rest and don't pull a featured it's definitely time to quit. Quitting overall sounds like a decent idea because when we start pulling she-hulk dupes it's time to throw your phone. Whey they put terrible heroes in a 5 star crystal is beyond me.
I repeat:
Simple:
1. What are the odds of pulling a featured?
2. What are the odds of subfeatured?
3. If you don't want to tell us explain they logic behind it.
4. What sense does it make for the pulls not to be relational over time when some go 3 for 6 and others go 0 for 17...0 for 17 people tend to quit.
I think you have no idea what you're talking about though. You cannot straight up win a 5 star. I'm also gonna guess you have 2 or less r4 5 stars.
Players say rng just because at this point it's way easier to say random then go into it any further and saves everyone a headache the problem with trying to prove rng is rigged without knowing all the factors is it becomes a fight of it didn't get x champ after 5 tries and someone else did and makes u sound like a kid who cried when not getting there favorite yu give oh card out of a pack when ur friend did
I can promise you ur not going to like any anwser the mod team gives u.
The Drop Rate is not manipulated. Nor did any Mod say that it was 20%. They don't discuss Drop Rates.
The Crystals are chances. Not guarantees. Each Crystal is a chance. The computer generates an outcome based on the RNG, which is determined by Drop Rates, and each separate Crystal is a new outcome generated with specific probabilities. Meaning, if the Drop Rate was 20%, which we don't know for a fact, that doesn't mean 5 Crystals give 100% probability. It means 5 Crystals would have a 20% chance each.
There are no separate or manipulated RNG's. You would have to create individual algorithms for every Player. There is only one Drop Rate per specific Crystal type. Anything else is conspiracy and conjecture.
