Phone crash when entering fight and msg delivery

When i enter in fight my mobile (moto g4 plus) get crashes and eventully swith off the phone. Lots of time my msg does not deliver in alliance chat. Please help me

    yeah ive noticed it too and maybe consider switching to line chat
