Looking For An ACTIVE Alliance.

Hi All,
As the title says im looking for an Alliance.
I have been playing the game for 2-3weeks, and im loving the game.
One thing i have noticed is that all the alliances they offer to join from the menu include hundreds of users who have been inactive for days if not months.
The last alliance i was just apart of had 3 people doing the alliance challenges which just become pointless.
Im currently playing 2-3hours a day with more at the weekends.
Im level 26, soon to be 27
I have;
- Cable 4* R1,
- Yondu 3* R2, - Venompool 3* R2, - Nightcrawler 3* R2 , - She-Hulk 3* R3, - Green Goblin 3* R2, - Unstoppable Colossus 3* R2, - Iron Patriot 3* R1, - Iceman 3* R1, - Doctor Strange 3* R1
As you can see i still have plenty of room to expand and improve the team.
All im after is for an alliance that is active and it constantly progressing.
Hope someone out there knows an alliance for me.
