Can’t log on with my IPad

in Bugs and Known Issues
My loading screen continues to tell me to check my internet connection on my iPad. My WiFi is working and I’m able to play the game on my iPad...anyone else having issues?

    I'm sorry you are having trouble connecting. Some other players have mentioned that uninstalling and reinstalling the game has helped them with this issue. Have you tried this yet?

    No. I’ll try that and see if that will solve the issue.

    This does not work as a permanent fix. I have had to reinstall 5 times so far. Please fix this!

    Wow, could this be geo-related?
    I have an iPad and I am not having issues thus far.
    I had the same problem with another online game. I had to reinstall it, but even then it wouldn't connect. Ended up just playing in my phone.

    For some reason the app wouldn't install in my very specific iPad. So it could be device related. I tried cleaning space and ram and all those things. But couldn't make it work. The support of that game couldn't really solve it for me. So I kept playing on my phone.

    You may want to reset your iPad and try again :(
