They're aware of what he does. They have access to YouTube. That doesn't mean they are going to respond in kind to negativity. They obviously try to maintain a good relationship with YouTubers. It's PR 101.

Wait basically does your LoL stand for Labirynth of Legends or League of Losers?? Who the hell complains about NC evade. Its a game, use tactics, I dont have him myself but often try to make him switch stance if I face him. And I can definitely say that its much easier to do than LoL( ie. if u meant Labirynth of Legends).
