Quake’s Concussion vs Assassin

When fighting users with the Assassin mastery, Quake can still place her concussion on them when her health drops below 18%, so she can evade them and ostensibly reduce their abilities by 100%, including Assassin. Instead, she fails to “evade all basic attacks against opponents with a concussion” and eats it. Should her concussion lose against Assassin?

    I believe Assassin will win because Assassin doesn’t count as ability.

    I believe your correct since masteries don't count as abilities. So quakes concussion would lose
