Doctor Octopus is not power locking correctly

I was fighting a Hyperion mini boss on a power gain node. Doc Oc power locks him as expected. While power locked, I use a special 3 to extend the power lock to 10 seconds. Once the animation ends, Hyperion magically has enough power to use a special 3. He gained power under the power lock debuff which should not happen.

    If your Dr. Octopus is awakened, go back and read his sig ability again

    He is not awakened. I have done that same fight over 10 times now and this is the first time this has happened. And besides, if he were awakened, he would have applied a power drain which would mean that Hyperion couldn't get to a sp3. Also, Hyperion was already power locked when I used my sp3, meaning that he shouldn't be able to gain power, no matter what.

    If i had to guess i would say the power lock dropped before you dropped ur l3. No other explination. Mine is also asleepcand is working fine

    I was holding on to my sp3 so I can use it once the power lock was applied. Once it appeared, I used my sp3 as soon as possible. It was about 1/4 of the way through when applied.
