Agent Venom Sp1 changed or bugged?

You used to be able to evade/dexterity out of AV sp1 once the bullets made contact with your block. NOT the case anymore CHANGE IT BACK PLEASE.

p.s. I have fought him on map 5 every week since he’s been in the AQ so save your comments about how I was never like this.

    Any update on this? I can't evade the rest of his bullets yet.

    I personally have not experienced this post update, but I know other champions like Bishop are having sync issues with their animations, so AV could be suffering from this in some way as well.
