Recently, my app will suddenly crash sometimes. It's very rare before. Yet, It often crash after I update the v17.2. Especially at the first moment to begin a fight in AQ, AW, or Arena. The crash issues cost plenty of loss in AW.

My device is iPhone6, and iOS is 10.3.2

Please find out the cause and fix it.

    This whole update is full of more bugs than a bait shop. How they rolled this out without noticing it is pathetic. Kabam keeps showing $ is better than actually doing their jobs. Already costed me over 100 units with these bugs, and I'm pretty pissed off, especially since I won't get (removed by moderation) back

    I've submitted 3 tickets so far about crashing, lagging & visual glitches & just got the same thank you message from kabam.if I was looking for a pat on the back, this would be awesome but I'm not. I want an eta on when this is getting fixed. Why would i spend money on their spring offers when the game's like this. My device is a Samsung galaxy core prevail with the latest Android updates.

    The costumer service is a joke. You have better luck getting an answer here.
    Which is still a less then 1% chance.

    My game crashed at least 10 times yesterday and 2 times right between the update and when I went to sleep (1 hour). I seem to be extremely lucky that it hasn't happened during a fight. Yet...

    @Kabam Miike please confirm that the team is aware of this and are busy working on a fix before the next event quest.

    I went from very few crashes (one every few days) to several a day with the new update. This is on multiple android devices (tablets and phones) running different versions of android (4.4 through 8).

    Well, crashes are up to 15 now. last ticket i didn't even receive acknowledgement yet. Either busy working to fix it (yeah, right) or there's so many, they're docking the calls.

    to me it's even crazier every time i reduce an opennent health to 10% in aq the game has 90% chance to crash lool i think it's a synergy well there is a lots to say about those lasts updates we crash 5 times each aq i think we all using mods since this is what's their last statement is about / the game crashes bcz peoples are using mods not bcz of them lool
