Season rewards not coming in

My allaince was in the bronze 1 tier so I should get my 1500 4* shards and 3000 3* shards and the tier 4 catalyst but I haven't received it yet and the people in the global chat saying they got Thiers.nobody in my allaince has answered me yet

    Bronze 3 gets 9k tier 4bcc shards, not a whole one, but yeah rewards are in, check your stash

    Before anyone accuses kabam for not giving rewards, give us proof that u did 5 wars with that alliance during the season

    We got ours right after sever maintenance actually faster than I thought. Silver 3 not too bad for joining a new alliance and barely getting in 5 wars no flaws in the system worked perfectly fine.
