Glitching and freezing

For some time the game has been glitching, freezing, and or kicking me out. I have been communicating with support through email to no avail. Now I've been told my messaging is not available to me for inappropriate behavior. Sorry that's not my forte. How can I check to see if I've been hacked or something. I am an honest person and supportive to my alliance. I would just like all of this resolved. I am willing to do whatever it takes to investigate this issue. Thank you
