Dash Back after 3* Attack

So I was just playing a normal round of MCOC when I was fighting a boos in act 4 with my Nightcrawler. So I go too many hits off them that they got to their 3* move so I said to myself, "I'll just parry them to get through this fight." I couldn't but after the attack I still had enough to finish them off. Right after the move I went to dash back but I just could and they ended up killing me. Can some one please fix this. I know I'm just another player but please, for a player's sake?
