Chat has been broken for years

Dear Kabam,

You know your chat has been broken for years and everyone is using outside apps to communicate. So, why would you put all the effort in creating new chat menu with set messages and a whole new mode dependent on chat without fixing the chat?

I decided to rely on the chat for the first run and we're both waiting for each other to say something when actually we're both frantically trying to indicate the node. Ended up using the good ol' LINE app that we normally use. Luckily we both had iphone 8 and X, so the game didn't quit on us. Good luck iphone 6 users as the game quits every time you switch app.

Please fix the broken things before making modes dependent on them.

    1st try in dungeon, the chat never worked. Next time on it worked with obvious delays. So much for the quick chat.

    This is true. In game chat has been hit and miss (doesn't always work, or you send a chat message and doesn't show up for like 5 mins or until you restart game ...etc).

    Kabam, plz look into the in game chat issues as I'd love to just use the auto-chat functions "Take Node 1" ... etc.

    Instead, they'll just spam offers to give them more money. I wonder what they are using all this money on if it's NOT to fix the known bugs. Couldn't even use the dungeon talk, or PM talk...wtf

    Totally agree. Chat has been so delayed, or not showing up at all. Makes the new mode damn near unplayable.

    I haven't used chat in a long time so I didn't care about it. It needs to be fixed since this mode is so dependent on it. If you try to use another app you risk having mcoc crashing and have the app start all over again. As is you pretty much need two devices to run the dungeons well
