    Don't forget about x23.

Being able to heal from damage lost, here are a few opinions on my top ones

Blade, regen on command while blocking, but only to 73%, helps a ton. Get it when you want it, and even if you're stuck holding block, you'll regen some block damage
Magik, only regens what she lost during limbo. If you lose health outside of limbo, you aint getting it back.
x-23, I always use for AQ even with these sentinels. Quick healing back to 100%, but rng based.
GR, healing is probably my favorite. He has so many uses in the game. Drawback is every time you heal, you have to sp3 before you heal again.
Voodoo, guaranteed regen start of the fight, no questions asked. Just not the strongest regen.
SIM (any iron man?) I started using recently and has strangely strong regen from what I remember, just always need to hit a low % to trigger it
Ultron triggers regen potentially twice. and can get from 25% health back up to 75% if you're good with him. Immunity helps in various places.

Blade, Ghost Rider, and Rogue are definitely top dog in healing.

Voodoo also has insane sustainability, his regen is around 20% without having to do anything.

Also people are forgetting about Hyperion (use SP3, then hold block to convert cosmic charges to regen), it's actually a decent amount (~20% health). Just don't build furies and his SP3 won't do enough damage to kill so you can heal life back.

People always leave off awakened Phoenix. Ridiculous healing if you know how to use her.

Finally, another phoneix lover. haha, I used to love bringing her in AQ, because she could die, and I could go at Dorm harder for a few seconds. Could theoretically die, regen/unstoppable, several hits, time out, rinse and repeat.

My problem with her is you literally have to die for the regen to kick in. Same issue I have with the iron men that regen so low.

@Primmer79 Well, I am not technically a "lover" lol--more of an admirer. I am on the fence about using a Cosmic gem on my 5* versus Proxima right now, but I love her ability to refill nearly all her health after getting KO'd with a subsequent attack boost. Its an incredible sight to behold that bar going from empty to full in about 2 seconds.

So I have had phoenix at 4* r5 for awhile. Did it for prestige, so got used to her. In the scenario you mentioned, its nice when you can do that, but it seems I never plan for it when I die lol. I personally wouldn't use an awakening on her. Proxima, Corvus, Hyperion, Medusa, all gotta be higher on the list I would think

Dormammus regen is the worst to use imo even though he can get a decent amount back. Guess his main focus is draining power.

not so easy to use.... if you make a simple mistake, you regen nothing, or too little. She absolutely doesn't deserve the awakening gem, even if you have 2.

I have ended many a fight at 100% health using my 5* rank four x23 .

@Primmer79 @MostWanted that’s my conclusion as well. Already have Blade, Ultron, GR at R4 and duped Rogue at R3, so healing isn’t my most pressing need. Damage dealing via Prox is a better call.

I always forget about her. Good call.

Morning star at 5souls is also really decent (20% to life steal 50% of damage dealt)
Plus her life steal isn't the only benefit 50% perfect block chance, unblockable sp2, sp1 that deals crazy extra damage
    She's probably better than guillotine

King Groot, best regen in the game

GR is probably the best out of the lot. With MD on, you can get regen multiple times in a long fight and the regen duration can be adjusted. Also GR doesn't need to be duped to have regen or the dupe doesn't add to the unduped regen. Only maybe a fraction of second increase just because 1 judgement is added for duped version. There is no ramp up like in case of morning star.

hyperion and medusa are better. Phoenix is good only for prestige and arena. Proxima is a very good option, not for lol
