Hawk Eye power drain not working when defender has "full immunity" buff

in Bugs and Known Issues
I've noticed this bug a few times now over the last few months.

Playing on:
Samsung Galaxy S5
OS - Andrioid 6.0.1
Occurs on both Cellular and WiFi connection
Current game version 18.0 but was also present in previous versions
Game Mode: - AW and Event Quest. where ever the defender has a "Full Immunity" buff
Champion Affected: Hawk Eye. (found using 4* 4/40 and 5* 4/55)

Issue:
When fighting a defender that has the buff - "full immunity" Hawk Eyes special 1 ability "power drain" does not occur.
Is this intentional? I understand that the bleed would not trigger but the power drain?

    Well, they are immune to the power drain aren’t they?

    So it wouldn’t trigger.

    Yes but why does Magik's spec 2 work then?

    Also starlords power drain doesn’t work on immune nodes

    Power drain should work. Any instant effect should work. The debuffs that appear on the champ are effected.

    It has always been like that. Hawkeye's sp1 and Starlord's sp2 power drain doesn't work on debuff immune nodes. But Magik and Vision's does. No idea why though. Maybe cause one is a "drain" the other is a "steal"?

    Yeah it would be greatly appreciated. Never has been a problem in the past. Which is why I brought him with me for the challenge event. Yet magically here we go again.
