Which 4* Science character should I awaken?

I have an awakening gem for a science champion plus enough signature stones to ramp them up by 23 signature levels. Which one would you apply the gem to and would you use some or all of the signature stones to either:

Red Hulk
Hulk
Luke Cage

I've heard they are all very solid champions. Or should I wait for someone else?

My current other 4/40 4* champions are Morningstar, Nightcrawler, and Angela

    Can't really go wrong with any of them.
    Hulk would probably benefit the most from the gem.
    But it would be good to save it for Void

    Red Hulk sig makes him stronger faster and incinerate immune. Hulk OG benefits the most but I stopped using mine after I awakened my Rulk. He’s a monster now

    Hulk needs it the most, but I think luke cage is a better version of him. lc can hit harder and does not need to be at low health, has bleed immunity (instead of poison), has a similar stun chain, and has some utility with his concussion and exhaustion (good against power gainers). Should you choose luke, don't use any sig stones

    Its a nice problem to have given science has always been considered the weakest class.
