Can you please add a timer to Phoenix's Phoenix Force charge? When the timer expires, a fury buff would be added and the timer starts again. As more Phoenix Force charges are stacked, the timer would have less time on it before expiring and granting another fury buff and starting over.

Such a timer must already exist behind the scenes in the champion's mechanics. Can you just display it via a timer on the Phoenix Force charges?

    This would help manage her fury cycle a lot, good idea. I thought maybe it was more random though maybe that is why there is no timer
