Spiderman symbiote not ranked up

Hi guys i have been playing this game for the last couple of months now i have this Spider-Man symbiote champ who I ranked 4 but my rating is too low my other champs like the hood is also rank 4 but has a rating of 3540.
Kabam really sucks I used all my stuff to upgrade this champ and this is what i get i mean seriously

    He's not awakened and maybe you need to change your masteries?
    My 4/40 is awakened with as pi of 4291 but mines attack and health are lower than yours

    Masteries are a personal choice and as your still only level 43 and, I'm guessing, probably haven't explored act 4 you won't have as many mastery points available to you as I do.

    Having said that, I have no problem showing you my masteries
