How do you use Karnak

SnurrisSnurris Posts: 428 ★★★
Just pulled a 5* Karnak.
In my opinion he sucks, so easy to beat.
But maybe that’s because I don’t know how to use him.

What is Karnaks strengths and how should I use him?
Thanks for your input.

    1) Awaken
    2) Equip liquid courage
    3) Take to power shield nodes
    4) Get and maintain Focus
    5) Use sp2
    6) Repeat step 5 until opponent is dead

That's the only thing I like him for. True strike sp1 is ok too

True strike is very useful you activate that and focus at the same time and you can get past evades, armor, resistances, and autoblock.

He shruggs off non damagin debuffs really fast so one example is yjs sp1 you are worried it is gonna expire and stun you well it will not it will instantly expire.

Helpful against poison nodes and champs who inflict it.

His 3rd stops defensive abilities by 80 percent for 40 seconds as well I believe.

Not worth the recharge, every 7 hours :)

Best way to do max dmg is use heavies while true strike and focus are both up. S3 lets you handle Magik, Electro, and other people with annoying, non-evade/autoblock, defensive abilities. You need the dupe to shrug off debuffs, but that can be great vs. Void.

Not a very good champ, but he has his specific uses.

  • Hey everyone! Firstly we'd like to thank everyone for their helpful advice on getting the most out of your Karnak. I'll be using some of these tips myself!

In order to get a broader spread of thought and touch on things that might not have been brought up yet, I've moved the thread to Strategy and Tips for more visibility.

    Thanks again, everyone!
